Not Turning On


Possible Cause What to Do

Power supply – wall

Switch the power off at the socket, wait 60 seconds and switch on again (this may reset your DishDrawer™).

Power supply – household

Either test the socket by plugging in a dif­ferent appliance, or by plugging your dishwasher into a different power socket.

Auto Power Enabled

(Designer & Integrated Models Only)

By default, DishDrawer® will automatically turn on whenever the drawer is opened. Washing will
not start until the drawer is closed and the button has been pressed. If you do not want the
DishDrawer® to turn on automatically, this feature can be turned off.

Start Button on Flange

(Designer & Integrated Models Only)

Has the start Button > on the flange been pressed before the drawer was closed? If not the product will not start cycle.

Keylock turned on

Turn off Keylock as per your User Guide as this function locks the controls. Click here for more information on Keylock and Childlock on DishDrawer features.
