DishDrawer™ (Model Numbers ending with 5, 6 or 7)

 

 

Fault Code Explanation

F1 or E1 

This is a flood fault - Turn the water and power off to the product, you will need a Service Technician to assist - Click Here to schedule a visit.

F2 or E2

Motor Rotor Fault, see the care and cleaning on how to remove and clean the area where the rotor is - if this does not work, you will need a Service Technician to assist - Click Here to schedule a visit.

F3 or E3

Temperature sensor fault. Ensure the incoming water is not about 65C.

F4 or E4

Heater fault, you will need a Service Technician to assist - Click Here to schedule a visit.

F5 or E5

Lid motor fault, Reset and try again as there may have been a plate/glass that was too high for the drawer. If this does not clear fault code, you will need a Service Technician to assist - Click Here to schedule a visit.

F6 or E6

Fault with the drying fan. You will need a Service Technician to assist -

F7 or E7

Electronic fault - You will need a Service Technician to assist - Click Here to schedule a visit.

F8 or E8

Electronic fault - You will need a Service Technician to assist - Click Here to schedule a visit.

F9 or E9

Electronic fault - You will need a Service Technician to assist - Click Here to schedule a visit.

EC or FC

Electronic fault - communication between drawers - You will need a Service Technician to assist - Click Here to schedule a visit.

F83

Wash Controller fault - get the customer to power off at the wall socket and back on, this should clear the fault. If the fault repeats, you will need a Service Technician to assist - Click Here to schedule a visit.

U1 or A1

  • Fill fault - check the water is turned on.
  • Check the inlet hose filters are clean

U2

An item in the drawer is too high and lid unable to seal.

U4

A fault with the other drawer means this drawer can not be used

U6 A6

  • Fault with the spray arm, check the spray arm is in place.
  • Water pressure could be too low - Are you on tank water?

A3

Drawer cannot drain. The drainage hose may be blocked or kinked, or the connection to drainage pipe may be blocked.

A09

Sanitize cycle hasn't met temperature needed to sanitize dishes. The wash may have been interrupted during the cycle, or the water supply may have been turned off. Press the power button to clear the fault and try the sanitize cycle again.
