Fault Code | Explanation |

E1 or F1 | Door alarm - check that the door is closed properly. |
E2 | Sensor alarm - You will require a Service Technician to assist - Click Here to schedule a visit. |

E4 or F4 | Drain fault, check the drain hose is not bent and installed correctly. Check the filter and ensure no blockage can be seen. |
E5 | No Water - Check the tap is on. Check the tap is on. Check the inlet hose is not bent. Check the drain hose is not bent. Check the spray arms are not blocked. If all OK, you will require a Service Technician to assist - Click Here to schedule a visit. |
E6 | Flood switch activated - get the customer to turn the water and power off to the product, you will require a Service Technician to assist - Click Here to schedule a visit. |
