Pie Crusts Do Not Brown on Bottom or have Soggy Crust

 

 

Possible Cause What to Do
Baking time is not long enough Try extending the bake time for your recipe.
Using shiny steel pans Try using an alternative pan.
Rack position is incorrect Ensure you are using the correct rack position for your recipe, refer to your user guide for more information on rack positions.
Oven temperature is too low Please ensure you are cooking at the correct temperature for your recipe.
