How to create or re-create a SmartHQ Account:

1. Open the App and select 'Don't have an account? Sign up here'. | |
2. Select 'Continue' on the Welcome Page and click that you agree to the terms of use and end-user License Acceptance. Then press Continue. | |
3. Select the Country your appliance is in (e.g Germany) 4. Click that you agree to the terms of use and the end-user License Acceptance, then press continue. |

5. Enter a valid Email Address, then press Continue. | |
6. Select your preferred language (English or Spanish) and press 'Submit' | |
7. Create a password, remembering the password will need to be a minimum of 8 characters, use capital and lower case letters, use numbers and special characters, then press Done. | |
8. Select 'Skip' once you are at the SmartHQ Account Details. | |
9. Your account details have been created and you will receive a verification email sent to the email address you entered in Step 5. Make sure to check your spam folder if you do not find the verification email in your inbox.
10. Once you have verified you email, you will be able to follow the process to connect your Appliance to the App. Click here to view the process. |
