Always Out of Balance

 

Possible Cause What to Do

Uneven surface/Machine not balanced

  • Your washer should be on a level surface to prevent it moving during a cycle. Adjust the feet if required – refer to your User Guide for further information. 
  • You can also check if the machine is level (use the provided spirit level) and does not rock in any direction. Refer to the installation instruction.

High water level

Large bulky items (e.g. pillows, duvets/doona) can cause water to splash out of machine. Try the DELICATE (if applicable) cycle or manually select a lower water level. 

Too Full Reduce the size of your load.
Too much water for the load
  • Ensure an appropriate water level is selected for the load size (or select ‘Auto’ water level).
  • Selecting a water level that is too high can cause out of balance loads, tangling or splash-over.Try selecting a water level suitable for the load size.
  • Refer to 'Changing Pre-set Options' in your User Guide for the out of balance recovery mode.
Wash Load not balanced Ensure that the machine is stationary and manually redistribute the load. 
Do not overload.Do not under load.
