Fault Code Possible Cause Display
F1

No water visible on the floor? (No Flood Detected)

  • The Flood fault can be triggered by excessive foaming caused by detergent
  • Turn the power off at the wall and allow time for any foam to dry (overnight should be sufficient)
  • Run a cycle without detergent to see if the fault reoccurs.

If the fault code clears, we suggest minimising use of detergent to one teaspoon full and/or try an alternative brand of detergent.

If fault reoccurs you will require a Service Technician to assist – click here to schedule a service
