Guide to cooking using the grill function

Place the food on the rack and glass tray (to recover the juices) positioned at level 3. Turn the food over half way through cooking.

Andouillettes, black pudding, sausages (prick with a fork) 4-6 22 - 30 minutes
Pork chops 4 27 - 32 minutes
Lamb chops 4 15 - 17 minutes
Beef rib 800 g 23 - 25 minutes
Smoked belly pork 4 - 6 slices 18 - 25 minutes
