Oven is Not Heating

 

Possible Cause What to Do
The door is not properly closed or it is opened too frequently during cooking

The heating elements are disabled while the door is open.  Make sure the door is properly closed and avoid opening it frequently during cooking.

There is a fault with the machine There may be a fault with the limiters, elements of controller.  You will need a Service Technician to assist with this - Click Here to schedule a visit
The clock has not been set The oven will not function until the clock is set. See ‘How to Set the Clock on your Oven’ or 'First Use' in your User Guide for instructions on setting the clock.
The oven is in ‘Demo’ mode You will need a Service Technician to assist with this - Click Here to schedule a visit.
Power Supply Check that the circuit breaker hasn’t tripped and there is no power outage in your area. If there is a power outage, you cannot use the oven until power has been restored.
No Gas Supply (Gas Ovens) The supply to the house may not be working or there may be an outage.  Contact your local gas supplier.
