- If the product is new (less than 3 years) this could be due to a knock or bubble in the glass.
- Other reasons can be due to a knock by something, like dropping kitchen utensils on the open door, or hot items being placed on the glass
- Make sure there is nothing between the door and the frame of the oven when closing.
