Cavity Preparation
Preparing the product and cabinetry
The top panel may be removed to suit underbench cavity height. See the illustrations below.
To prevent possible steam damage to the cabinetry, ensure that any bare wood surrounding the dishwasher is sealed with an oil-based paint or moisture-proof polyurethane.
The power outlet must be located in a cabinet adjacent to the dishwasher cavity.
Leveling and positioning the dishwasher
- Before sliding the dishwasher into position, adjust the feet with a spanner (4) to ensure that the dishwasher is level and the required height (5). Take care when pushing the product into the cavity that you do not bend the feet.
- Do not lift the dishwasher from the door handle or top panel.
- As you push product in, pull through hoses and cord, ensuring they don’t get kinked or twisted (6).
- We recommend that you adjust the feet so that the dishwasher sits securely under the bench top so that it doesn’t tip.
