Err 37 |
Pump Filter is Blocked Clean the pump filter. Follow the instructions in 'Caring for your washer' in your user guide. Ensure there are no foreign objects in the pump cavity, or obstructing the impeller at the rear of the cavity. |
Drain is Blocked Check that the drain hose is not blocked, or that the household drain is not blocked. This will stop the machine from being able to pump the water out. |

Drain hose too low Ensure the height of the drain hose is at least 600mm from the floor level. Refer to 'Draining' in your Installation Guide |

Spigot has not been drilled, or is blocked Ensure the opening of the spigot has been drilled out so the water can drain away. Ensure there is no blockage that will prevent draining. |
