Drawer Not Opening (DishDrawer Models Only)

Possible Cause What to Do

Keylock turned on

Turn off Keylock as per your User Guide as this function locks the controls.  For Dishdrawers, also refer to Video: How to Use Keylock on Your Dishdrawer.

Drawer auto-lock

This keeps the drawer locked even after your dishwasher has powered off. Unlock by powering your dishwasher back on (unless Keylock is activated).

Childlock feature is on or the ‘Closed drawer autolock’ option is on, or both. Turn the Childlock off. Hold down the / button until the symbol disappears from the display or the light above the / button goes out and/or press the / button to open the drawer.
