If you suspect that your Fisher & Paykel appliance has been compromised or you have identified a security vulnerability in one of our connected appliances, we urge you to contact our Fisher & Paykel Appliances Security Incident Response Team (SIRT) at is@fisherpaykel.com.

Please note that Fisher & Paykel Appliances is committed to protecting the privacy and security of their customers. Therefore, we will not disclose, discuss, or confirm any security issue until a full investigation is completed and any necessary press releases, security patches, and releases are made available.

To assist us in providing the most effective and timely response, please include the following information in your email to our SIRT:

• The name, model, and serial number of your appliance
• Information from the Connected Appliance Information sticker
• A detailed description of the security concern or vulnerability
• Any additional details that may help SIRT replicate the issue, such as configuration information, a proof-of-concept, or exploit code
• Whether or not you would like to be contacted for more information
• Whether or not you would like to be acknowledged for your assistance in improving our products
