Fault Code Explanation
A10 Water supply - check the tap is turned on. Check inlet filters are not blocked - if OK, you will require a Service Technician to assist - Click Here to schedule a visit.

A20 Draining issue - check drain hose is not bent or kinked. Check the drain hose is connected correctly to the plumbing and the spigot is correctly drilled out.
Turbidity sensor - The turbidity sensor located in the sump may need cleaned - refer to the user guide for cleaning instructions.
F30 Flood switch activated - get the customer to turn the water and power off to the product, you will require a Service Technician to assist - Click Here to schedule a visit.

Flowmeter error - get the customer to turn the product off and back on at the wall, if the fault code persists,  you will require a Service Technician to assist

AD0 Door lock error - check the door is closing correctly, get the customer to turn the product off and back on at the wall, if the problem persists,  you will require a Service Technician to assist - Click Here to schedule a visit.
FC0 Motor fault - switch the product off and back on at the wall, if the problem persists,  you will require a Service Technician to assist - Click Here to schedule a visit.
