Problem solving checklist
If there is a problem with your appliance, please check the following points before contacting your local Fisher & Paykel Authorised Repairer or Customer Care Centre.

Fruit and vegetables continue to respire after harvest, giving off water which can form as condensation in the bin(s). |
A small amount of condensation is beneficial for fruit and vegetable storage. If there is too much water, store fruit and vegetables loosely wrapped in plastic bags. Wipe out water with a cloth. If fitted, set humidity slide to low humidity setting. |
Sides of cabinet are warm.
